We started with a white 2003 Chevy Astro cargo van. This van was as basic as you could get. We began to prep the van for the next stages of its transformation into one of the most eye cacthing vans you will ever see.

The interior of the van had to be completely sanded and cleaned with acetone so that we could install the liquid bed liner on the entire floor and 1 foot up on the side walls. we also needed to prep all of the door jambs in order to black them out to have a shadow affect. Working with limited funds only the exterior of the van was going to get painted so we needed to insure that the van had a custom look all around.

The back of the van was equipped with a steel safety wall and shelves. We installed 100 gallon water tank with a 5 gpm water pump, a 5000 watt inverter and a Honda 2700 psi pressure washer to make us fully mobile. The logo was the created by Cutting Edge Designs. We then had the van painted Cadillac Blue by Worldwide Collision. The van now sits on FOOSE Spank rims by car designer Chip Foose and wrapped in Toyo tires. The van was then tinted and we installed power door locks and a DEI remote start 2-way alarm. Sounds were the next thing so we upgraded the head unit to a Kenwood mask CD player and installed a pair of Digital Audio speakers.

Here it is the first of many to come! The Imperial Mobile Van. All of the graphics were designed and installed by Billy Leach at BC&J Signs in Dacula, GA. The banner was designed by Chris Rinaldi at Cutting Edge Designs.
